Van Buren Conservation District is looking forward to the first Recycle Roundup of the year! They will be at Van Buren Community Mental Health (801 Hazen St, Paw Paw) on June 24, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Bring any of these items and proof of Van Buren County residency or landownership (i.e. drivers license, tax bill):
💡Household hazardous waste (cleaners, lightbulbs, pesticides, batteries, sharps, medication, etc.)
📄Paper for shredding
🖥Electronics (generally any electronics that take batteries or have a cord)
-Oil-based paint (latex paints should be dried out and disposed in garbage bins, not brought to collection events)
📦 Foam (Styrofoam™/polystyrene)
-Passenger & Semi Tires (tires must be pre-registered by June 22, 2023; to register please call 269-633-9314 or fill out this form)
If you are unable to attend the Paw Paw Recycle Roundup, VBCD will hold two more this year.Â
